New Foster Parent Training

By October 9, 2023September 5th, 2024General

An all-new foster parent training coming to Utah!

The training will kick off in the Murray, UT office, in-person beginning November 1st! Dinner will be provided and childcare provided for a handful of sessions. This training is for new foster parents and current foster parents. For current foster families, training will count as in-service and in-person training hours.

There are more than 2,000 Utah children in foster care. Our state’s goal, as stated by Utah Governor Spencer Cox, is to have foster homes waiting for children rather than children waiting for homes. Please consider sharing your heart and home with vulnerable Utah children.

Governor Cox also said in Utah’s most recent State of the State, “If Utah truly believes in supporting life, we must always show a commitment with more than words.”
