A program that celebrates building families through adoption allows adopted children to feel special. It brings attention to the joyfulness that adoption can bring. You also get to hear some amazing performances between touching stories of adoption. This year, country music group Rascal Flatts is headlining.
At Utah Foster Care, we receive calls from many families who take our training and become foster families, with the goal of adoption. In fact, last year, 543 children were adopted from foster care, most by their foster families.
