As a part of Utah’s amazing Chalk Art Festival each year, Utah Foster Care (UFC) presents five dads from around the state with the prestigious Foster Dad of the Year Award. This event, held over Fathers Day weekend, is one of the highlights of the year here at UFC!

RET | Retreat — DCFS Registration (Darcey)

  • Each region may send one staff member for the Retreat/Symposium including meals and hotel stay OR three staff members including meals and no hotel stay. PLEASE fill out this form for each DCFS staff member attending the Retreat/Symposium.
    Which region does this staff member represent?
    We will provide a complimentary Symposium registration for DCFS staff members who are chosen by their region to attend the Retreat. PLEASE do not register for the Symposium on Eventbrite, we will take care of that for you.
    If a region chooses to send only one DCFS staff member to the Retreat, we will provide lodging.
