To celebrate National Foster Care Month, our Northern Region staff spent Saturday morning at the MTC park in Ogden for our first Foster Fun Run. It was so much fun spending time with our foster parents and all their kids! After families walked, ran, or biked the 5K route, there were pinatas, prize drawings, and lots of fun! Our foster families are the BEST and I enjoyed spending time with them!
We have more than 700 children in foster care in our region. If anyone wants more information about foster care and/or adoption, please join us this Wednesday, May 9th OR Wednesday, June 13th for one of our Ask a Foster Parent Nights. Both will be held at the Ogden office of Utah Foster Care, 3340 Harrison Blvd, Suite 200 from 6pm to 7:30.
