Those are just some of the items up for sale on Saturday, July 28th from 11:00am – 5:00pm at the Applebee’s restaurant on 1125 West Riverdale Road. The restaurant is selling its artifacts as part of a remodeling project. All proceeds go to Utah Foster Care (UFC) to benefit children in foster care in northern Utah.
“I would remind everyone that there are children coming into foster care year-round in this area,” says Brenda Durtschi, UFC’s Area Representative for Northern Region. “We urgently need more foster parents in every neighborhood in northern Utah. Applebee’s artifact sale will help us find and support families for those children.”
