The pandemic has limited our social contact, but that doesn’t mean Utah Foster Care’s important work has stopped. Utah children of all ages still need foster families and safe places to heal. And in keeping with 2020 being a different kind of year, we’re going virtual with this year’s festival to show our community is still here to support them!
Join us on Facebook and Instagram (@utahfostercare) using #utahchalkartfestival, to experience the magic of creativity from the socially-distant driveways and sidewalks of our artists. We’ll be sharing live interviews with foster parents talking about the ongoing needs of children and with artists about why it’s a mission important to them. If you feel like experiencing a bit of the old in-person magic, The Gateway will be hosting a few artists at its downtown Salt Lake location.
Artist registration is now closed.
Voting will be held on facebook following Saturday’s event.
