Since 2012, Susan Robison has gifted more than 3,000 dolls through her nonprofit Special Dollivery. Honored as a 2025 Governor’s Spirit of Service recipient, Susan reminds children to dream big and believe in their futures—proving that small acts of love can create lasting joy. Special Dollivery has gifted many of the children in care in Utah a special doll, complete with carrying case and accessories. Utah Foster Care congratulates her for this award and thanks her for the special service she does to brighten the lives of the children who receive these special treasures.
