The Carbon County Chamber of Commerce selects two entities to be their community spotlights at their monthly luncheons. This month, Utah Foster Care was one one of the spotlights. Kobi Prettyman, Lead Foster/Adoptive Consultant for Utah Foster Care, has spent 25 years with the program and is also a foster parent herself. She went on to explain the process of becoming a foster family and her ultimate goal was to spread awareness of the foster care system in Utah.
