The annual Utah Foster Care Chalk Art Festival shines the spotlight on the needs of Utah children in foster care and the contributions of our state’s dedicated foster families. Each year, some twenty-thousand people turn out to see 125 artists paint the streets and raise funds that benefit these deserving children and families.
