Cliff came to Utah Foster Care with 6 years of experience at the Utah Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) in child abuse investigation, in-home services, foster care, and post-adoption services. He has worked with the Foundation since July 2006 as a trainer in the Southwest Region, covering nine counties in Southwest Utah. Cliff is also an experienced foster parent and is the proud father of 6 children (3 biological and 3 adopted).
Cliff also actively practices as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy part time in the St. George area and is actively involved with his church and the Boy Scouts of America.
Cliff began his child welfare career in Moab, UT after completing a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Utah State University in 1997. He completed his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah in 2004.
